Payment Link
Payment Link
A sub-merchant can collect payments by sending Payment Links to customers. Following are the characteristics of the payment link:
- Payment Links are created and shared with customers in a time-efficient manner
- The customers receive a Payment Link via email using which they can quickly pay through the smart payment page.
The flow of payment link is as follows:
- Payment link can be created through tilliPay GPS portal or API.
- Send payment link to customers through an email.
- Customer opens the link and can pay through smart payments page.
- Status of the payment link can be checked on tilliPay GPS portal.
- Payment is settled in sub-merchants account.
To create Payment links:
a) Go to dashboard
b) Click on the Share Payment link
c) Application will have separate tabs for active and inactive links. The links that are expired will be under inactive links post the expiry. Links set with no expiry or under expiry will be viewed under active links.
d) Filter is available for all the fields on the share payment link page.
e) To view Transaction details and the transaction history of the payment link click on respective Payment ID. The payment ID page will have tabs for transaction history & transaction details.
- Under transaction history, the application will list the sequence of transactions done on the created payment link along with the statuses of the payment.
Under transaction details, the application will provide further drill down of the transactions
Block Link
You can block Payment Links issued to your customers. Your customers will not be able to make payments using the blocked payment links.
Re-Send Link
You can re-send the created link to the customer. All the details will be the same.
